Just this month, I enrolled myself in a Fashion
Styling class/course at the Fashion Institute of the Philippines (Makati Branch). Mentored by Miss Tin Ledesma. So yeah, I've been
juggling workloads, left and right, from DLSU and FIP- I’m one busy bee as of these moments. Though
I still manage to balance all my responsibilities for both of these said
schools, of course. I’ll do all I can to further improve my fashion styling skills. All
these? FOR YOU. ALL OF YOU!
Here are some of the fun, new, and exciting courses offered there:
In this fashion styling course we are introduced to different styling things. Such as fashion eras, being creative, body shapes, improvising, etc. What's more exciting is that for more than half of the course, we'll be immersed in real fashion photoshoots. And we're gon be le stylists-how cool is that?!
Our I.D.! Which apparently we just got earlier. :)

Hi. I'm also an aspiring stylist and Im currently looking for Fashion Schools in Makati. Im considering FIP and SOFa, my questions are:
ReplyDeletedo they have internship for styling students?
what is the duration of the crash course?
Do u still have to pay additional fees aside from the 11k enrollement fee?
Im also looking for reviews in SOFa since their mentor is fashion icon/beauty queen Marina Benipayo =)
Thanks in advance for the reply. =)

Hello! Im Gringo Manzano. I have finished my Basic and Advance course at the FIP last November 2013. I just want to help you out also. Aside from tuition fee which is the 11K for one course only. There will be NO other payments to the school. One thing for sure is for the class. You will be responsible buying for your own materials. Rulers, Pattern papers and for the fabrics when it comes to the actual work. That's it.
